How to add a second condition to conditional formatting

 

Requirement:   To fill L4 with a color if K4 is NOT blank & the entry in K4 <> TBD.

 

Solution: =AND(NOT(ISBLANK($K4)), $K4<>"TBD",ISBLANK($L4))
