Auto BCC for Outlook is an email add-in that creates a BCC and/or a CC copy automatically every time you send mail. Create simple rules for filling the BCC/CC fields, and Auto BCC does all other work itself.
The Auto CC plugin can send a BCC/CC for all outgoing emails, or to the specified addresses only, or if the subject line or the attachment name contains particular words, etc. A BCC will be sent for all outgoing messages, whether it is a new e-mail, an email reply or a forwarded message.
With Auto BCC / CC for Microsoft Outlook you can:
- Create a new rule for auto-filling the CC, BCC fields of a new message with a couple of clicks.
- Add rule exceptions.
- Use several key phrases for each condition.
- Fill multiple addresses to the CC and BCC fields.
- Exclude duplicates from the CC and BCC fields.
- Send CC (carbon copies) and BCC (blind carbon copies) of the same email at a time.
- Easily edit your existing rules.
The plug-in works with Microsoft Outlook 2019 32-bit and 64-bit, 2016, 2013, and 2010.
