Who can Input the Information into the Program

ANYONE!! We listened and developed this program to match the daily paper work that is filled out in the field.
The databases are set up so you can identify each and every item such as but not limited to Equipment, Materials, Consumables, Vehicles, Etc... with an ID Number.

Our goal was to eliminate the most common error made on this type of billing. How many times do you get a call asking you to identify an item? The person entering the information simply doesn�t know and in most cases this is an area that creates the most problems when you deliver your billing to the client. Contractor Billing Solutions eliminates the need to have a Journeyman at the input end. The input clerk is simply entering the information from the field paperwork that identifies each item used by a ID Number that corresponds to the item in the preloaded database allowing the program to do the rest. If the input clerk can read a number then they can produce an accurate billing.
Database

Database, this program allows you to have unlimited number of databases. When we consulted the contractors they gave us some great insight and we implemented everyone single one.
How many times have you set up a contract with a client that also had an agreed price list? This price list was probably in Microsoft� Excel and you used it as a reference when you entered their billing. Contractor Billing Solution has a feature that will allow you to convert this into a readable database with the click of the mouse and all you have to do is insert an ID number for each item. This can also be accomplished with a simple formula that will do this for you in Excel.

Price in database is set up on units (ie: ea, sf, lf, sq, day, hour, etc) and then based on the input quantity the program calculates the billing automatically.
