    i am new in using excel. i have a large text file like that of payroll. i want to convert this file to excel file such that the columns and rows and other information are arranged nicely. In the 2nd part after creating a nice excel file from text i want to extract specific information about person data and arranged it horizontally. that is

    Name of Person: Personal Allowance Conveyance allowance etc
