Could you please remember to outline the solution offered in the post as well as the workbook? Thanks.
No - not had time (been at work).
Quotehere I need pdf file by hyperlink
Yes, and ... ? What should the hyperlink look like? What is the file path? Still not enough - please manually mock up exactly what you want in the sample workbook.
Attach a sample workbook ... We are not mind-readers.
In threads where it is possible (and it clearly isn't here in this sub-forum for some reason), click on the grey Edit Thread button at the top - the first option will be Mark as Resolved where possible. When done, a small tick in a box appear in the thread list.
I have only just found this myself, having been asked by a member. That's why I was trying to test it.
Very odd - in this thread, the option isn't there ... Hmmm.
Answer to the thread.
Just wanted to see what marked as resolved actually does.
You can ask the question here, but you must provide a link to the other forum.
Please explain to me how it is that you think that this is propriety code? Or that this has been ripped? I did not see anything at all that indicated that case.
The question was originally asked on ExcelForum, where I am a moderator. The OP admitted this there. I would have closed this thread had you not already answered before I saw the thread.
Administrative Note:
Welcome to the forum.
We would very much like to help you with your query, however it has been brought to our attention that the same query has been posted on one or more other forums and you have not provided the required cross-post link(s) here.
Read http://www.excelguru.ca/content.php?184 to understand why we (and other sites like us) consider this to be important.
(Note: this requirement is not optional. No help to be offered until this moderation request has been fulfilled.)
Did you save the workbook as an .xlsm workbook? If not, then you can't run it as a VBA-enabled workbook.
No, I asked you to make sure that you use better titles in future.
No, do not open a new thread on this issue.
Did you understand my comment about your thread title?
Administrative Note:
Your thread title is extremely weak. Please try to summarise what you are trying to achieve next time to give members some idea of what the query is about.
Boo!!! What the ... ??? How?
