Extracting Emails

Good Morning
I have a spreadsheet with my clients name listed
They are viewed as their personal name which when clicked opens the mailto:
function
I would like now to show their email in the spreadsheet- any clues?
They are listed sequentially a1,a2,a3 etc and this is one example of how
they look::

Curently it shows the persons name only and if you click on this within the sheet it opens the mailto: link into Outlook Express
I want to extract THIS email within the sheet so within the sheet I can show
Name (already have) and their email in the following col.

There is no need to 'link' with OE as the issue is only wihtin the spreadsheet
To clarify
In a spreadsheet the data in cell A1 shows: John Smith when you hover the mouse over it will say mailto: John Smith click to open
What I want to do is extract these links and paste them into the next cell (b1)
I have done something similar to this b4 but it doesn;t seem to work this time
I have attached the contents of the Macro I used in a Word Document along with a row example
