How to use OFFSET with HLOOKUP

  • Hi guys,

Really appreciate one of you genius' responding

On the attached s/s that i am using to measure productivity for different work areas i need some help.

the user selects which work area they have done in C5 and then type how much they have done then next to it how long they have spent on it.

In U5 i want their average productivity, so amount of "RMR"'s worked divided by the time. So depending on what drop down work area selected. it then populates in U5 with the approviate data

Didn't answer my question... Is it the SAME issue regardless if HLOOKUP is to be used or not?

If so then you should continue this in the thread linked above.
