I'm personally a proficient PowerPoint user, but for some reason I've hit a wall
I need assistance in learning the technique used to create the shape/color of the pillar in attached slide.
In particular I'm curious how the gradient was created for the pillar, I just cant seem to get it right.

Could you tell me which version of PowerPoint was used to create that image?
From my side the image appears a static image (and not a collection of shapes or clip art).
However it should be possible to recreate the image using basic shapes.
