Hello All ! In attached sheet I built 10 pivot tables and I need to do this same thing weekly in the next half year for basically the same data. Is there any way to automate this using VBA? The data is downloaded and the number of lines will change (we may sell more or less apples for example) but the column headers stay the same and the the materials stay the same. Somehow I want it to automatically build a pivot table for each material type, as I did (without the tables overlapping) Ideally with a week number instead of month -or better both even- but that is not a must and impossible with Pivot tables I think. Any help is greatly appreciated Thank you! o

I'm not really sure what you mean.
I would think that you would use the same workbook and simply add data to the sheet.
To make the data source dynamic convert the data to an Excel Table.

Why do you need 10 PivotTables? Surely users can select the material they want to view, so only one PivotTable is required.

Thank you Roy!
"use the same workbook and simply add data to the sheet" --> you are right; I have been over-thinking it and lost track of the easiest solution.
Thanks again,

I also don't think you need a separate PivotTable for each material.
