I am making a Graph and the data coming in is the most current starting in A2...A 31 I am making a graph but would like the most current to be at the last in the graph so it reads from the left to the right. I just need to reverse the data making the oldest to be in A2.. I looked at Transpose but does not do that function.

Hello and Welcome to the Forum
If my understanding is correct ... there is no need to transpose your data in your sheet ...
Since you can reverse the plotting order in your chart .. select the Values in reverse order check box
Hope this will help

I reversed and copied the numbers from A33 up to A2, inserted a Graph and it is the same as if I copy from A2 down. Perhaps I did something wrong. I clicked on the graph and did an edit on data formula and changed the range as it should be and got the same answer.

So I don't forget and perhaps help others. Here is what I did: At the bottom of the graph: Select/click on the X axis footer. Select format Axis, then at the right near the bottom is (Categories in Reverse Order). The data comes in with the most recent first and I wanted the chart to read oldest to most current. The reverse order function did it.

This is Great ... for all future readers ...
