You need to set reference to OutLook.
- Open the VB Editor
- Make sure that your workbook with the code in is selected
- From the VB Editor menu bar click on Tools
- Click References
- Scroll down and select Microsoft Outlook 16.0 Object Library to make it available for your Excel VBA. The number may be different
- Click OK

I think you will need to have a better way to decide which client you are sending the email to because it is fixed for F2.

I need the value of F2 from the sheet to be updated in the body of the mail.
When I run, the body of the mail says - "Hi - Kindly work on the Site Match Report "
I need to add this comment at the end of the line or would say read in the below way.
