There is on UserForm and the cells all show a value error because the formulas are links to another workbook. You've probably copied them
Yes, extactly, it should fetch data from Sheet2, but as result as get 0, it should be 1
It looks to me as if you have copied and pasted the formulas from another workbook. This has created links to that workbook.
I would suggest that you delete all the formulas in the sample workbook.
- Open the source workbook and select the formulas and copy
- Open NotePad orsimilar and paste the formulas there.
- In NotePad copy the formulas
- Open the destination workbook
- Select the first cell to contain the formulas and paste
The formulas should now not contain the link

Seems like in my Excel version there is nor formula like that
I used this: =MAX((Sheet2!X:X="mbbravo")*Sheet2!O:O)
but i got answer 0 which is not correct, not sure what is wrong with that
MAXIFS is available in Microsoft 365, so try this instead.
