    Hi
    I have 4 sheets that need to have the exact same data as column A on the master sheet (total 5 sheets in workbook). If i insert or delete a row in the master sheet, the same will be reflected in other sheets. That condition being met, I want only column A to be identical among the sheets while all other columns remain independent with the exception that row order and internal continuity are maintained.

    When we group the worksheets by selecting one sheet ,holding ctrl key and clicking on other sheet tab , then what ever action we perform on one sheet , is reflected on the other grouped sheets. Is it what you need?

      thank you for your response excel1981, though I dont want to do it manually as there are lots of people using the workbook, so I need it to happen automatically. Hope you can assist
