  • repeat rows at bottom of printed page

    Hi,
I've searched but can't find a suitable answer to this situation: how do you tell excel to repeat rows at the BOTTOM of each print page?
It's easy enough in page setup to get repeat rows at the top but I want to do exactly the same at the bottom.
The rows I want to reappear stay exactly the same (quantity, height etc) so it doesn't have to be too fancy!
I don't think it can be done at all in page setup - unless someone else knows something different...
    Any ideas anyone?
    Thanks in advance.

You are right that it cannot be done in page setup, but it can be done using extensive coding. Can you give me a clearer idea of how a typical printed part of your sheet would look like?

    Regards

This is the footer I need on every page. I wanted to send you a pdf of how it would look like but I don't see where I can send an attachment. Thanks

Can you not set a footer instead of repeating rows....? Repeating rows is practically a Header anyway...

I am trying to be able to repeat a disclaimer at the bottom of every page in a large report. The text string is too long for a footer. Does anyone have a work-around? I use Excel 2010.

              Hi Barngirl

Welcome to OzGrid!! Normally you should start a new thread for a new question such as this.
The simplest workaround for the character limit is making your disclaimer into an image.
This link gives you great step by step instructions on how to go about doing that:
