  • Printing document to fit the entire page

This is hard to explain because the "help" manual does not seem to cover my problem, or they cover it and I do not understand.....

I want to fill the entire page with my excel document, but when I try to move the margins to the end of the right side of the page, the print preview moves everything to page 2.

In other words, I don't need to have margins on the left or right side of the page.-- or the top either.

I know it will all fit in landscape, but I cannot seem to set this up.

    Thanks for your help

Try Print Preview then click the set up tab. When the Page setup screen appears click the "Page" tab. Set the scaling to "1 page" wide by however many tall. If this forces your spreadsheet to squash vertically just increase the number of pages tall option. Dont forget to set your print area under the file menu in the normal view (not Print Preview). I'm not trying to patronise you but highlight the cells you want to print then select "File", "Print Area" then "Set Print Area".

    Hope this helps.

I am not sure what you mean by using the tab to increase the page height.

I can't get the margin tab to go all the way to the end of the page to the data on the page fills fup the page on the right and on the left side both.

When I try to move the margin on the right-- the system makes the document go to 2 pages --
