store, email and print amortization schedules, account balances,
latest overnight closing US and Canadian leading interest rates,
late payment interest calculations, refinancing calculations,
blended rate calculations, convert & check interest rates, using US
(monthly compounding) and Canadian (Semiannual compounding), or
interest only loan/mortgage repayment rules, incorporating monthly
acceleration with final balance calculations, and create web page
links for sharing called Views. FastSolutions Modes (Demos)
FastSolution modes are web pages (Views) that you create with an
iApplet account when you wish to share your calculations, balances
or rate information with clients, colleagues, creditors or friends.
View web pages are read only versions of a stored iApplet
calculation or data. (If you are using a standard speed internet connection, the first
applet demo take approx. 60 seconds for the java code to format &
adjust to your screen). LOAN REPAYMENT CALCULATIONS APPLYING CURRENT INTEREST
You can copy any current interest rate taken from the rate
database panel on the right hand side into the calculation panel and
generate the most up to date repayment schedules possible quickly
