File Won't Save Or Delete

I have a standalone file (no links) that I worked on last week. Today when I try to work on it I can open it and work on it. But when I try to save it I get this message -

Save not completed. File rename failed. Retry?

Select retry and nothing happens.

I have a backup but when I click on the original and select delete I get this message -

There has been a sharing violation. The source destination may be in use.

My file is the source destination and nobody else (according to our systems department) has the file open.

I have used “Long Path Tool” in this situation and it helped me easily and quickly.

Do you have error messages?, like :
* Path too long
* Error cannot delete file: cannot read from source file or disk
* Cannot delete file: Access is denied
* There has been a sharing violation.
* Cannot delete file or folder The file name you specified is not valid or too long. Specify a different file name.
For that I tried it with: http://longpathtool.com/
