Change Workbook Title

I have managed to change the icon on the title bar but is it possible to change the "MICROSOFT EXCEL" wording next to the icon on the title bar

I have not seen the text next to the icon changed (that I can reCall) as You say only the icon itself, maybe someone can prove Jack wrong which would be kind of cool
