Calculate Time difference between two Dates

Hi Ozgrid Community

I’m stuck on this (probably simple calculation) I have two Rows of data.
Each row contains a unique Name column and separate columns for Date, Hour and Minute.

I would like to calculate the Time difference in Days, Hours and Minutes between the two Dates.

I’m not sure if the way I’ve set it up is the most practical.

I’ll attach the spreadsheet to better explain. If anyone could assist that would be great

I wouldn't do it that way, but that is just my preference, I would set it up as a timestamp, date and time, and manage those.

However, you should at least cater for the sum of minutes exceeding 60, and hours exceeding 24, and adjust the other values accordingly.

I have messed about with the formulas you had in your spreadsheet, using the TIME function to do all the base 60/base 24 stuff for you.
