Calculating Overtime (Time and a half & Double)

I want to figure out formulas for calculating overtime for 'time-and-a-half' (in one column, G6) and one for 'double' (in another column, H6). Any hours over eight (8) are time-and-a-half, and over twelve (12) as double time. I also have a column (I6) that sums the amount for total overtime paid. I attached my Excel file if it helps. Thanks.

In cell G6,

=MIN(D6*E6*($L$2-1),4*E6*($L$2-1))

In cell H6,

=IF(D6>4,(D6-4)*E6*($L$3-1),0)
