Show positive numbers with '+' sign

A simple one I hope! How do I show numbers, (the result of a simple adding formula) with their + sign?

I know by formatting the cell to 'text' it shows it, but the number is formulated, and I can't get it to show!

Help would be soo appreciated!

Hi,

Cell format -> User defined -> type +0;-0;0

will show + for positive, - for negative, 0 for 0
