Are there any good templates or structures that exist in Excel for project management. I have 25 different people working on projects that I need to track. Each person has 3-4 projects with multiple steps, targets, timelines etc. I want to be able to track each project but then I also want to be able to extract all of the tasks for an individual across projects and all of the tasks for a project if it is being worked on by multiple individuals.
