VBA : Is there any way of creating a help file

Hiya I have created a program in excel that is going out to users next month they have requested that a help file is included at the click of a button for each order they select! The problem is the help text for each order is too long to fit in a cell and I cannot have any external data files as they will not be able to be accessed by the customer! What is the best way to do this.. IS there anyway of creating a help file like the help files used in excel so I can have my own help at the click of the button with text that is not actually stored in worksheets

You will need specialist software to do this, but you can program the Office Assistant to do this.

Can I do this part with out specialist software or do i need to get if even for the code snippet u included! What is the software i need?
