If you use the chart wizard you can do the following.
Select the chart type XY scatter.
Select the values from column C then whilst holding the CTRL key select the values from column E.

Thx for helping..
then if i want to do a polar plot.. as in to show the points around a circle such that i can show the difference between the calculated points from the actual circle at a particular radius.how can i plot the actual circle and the differentation?
Excel charts do not include a built-in polar plot.
If you have a set of data containing the angle and radius for each point then you can use some forumla to plot the points on an xy scatter chart.
I just happen to have an addin to do this
