How Do I: Configure a virtual machine running on Windows Server 2008 R2 with Hyper-V to support hot add storage?

With the release of Windows Server 2008 R2, Hyper-V supports the addition and removal of storage devices for virtual machines while they are running. In this video, Gordon Ryan walks through the process of creating a new virtual machine then adding in a new virtual hard disk, then removing it while the virtual machine is running.
