Use this tool to do any of the following:

1. Add a column with the same format as the other ones.

For example, you can add a column with "Year 2010" as heading.

2. Delete columns

3. Get the values output variables take when input variable values are changed in the model.

4. Change the values of the input variables in the model as you deem convenient.

With the Scenario tables module option of the Scenario sheet wizard we have created the following scenario sheet:

 
 
In the following example, analyze the sales and sales cost from 2005 to 2007.

Enter the values of all input variables in the table.
 
 
Open the Manage Scenarios dialog and click the Run button to get the values of output variables.
 
 
You can select another set of values from the tables and run the tool as many times as
you wish and analyze their impact on the output variable (in the example, Gross Margin)

WARNING

As you run the tool, the original values in your model are kept, but if you want
to replace that set of input variable values in your model, use the button

If you want to add or delete input or output values, use the Manage Inputs & Outputs tool.

Do not add columns manually, as this will result in errors. Use the Add-In to enter data
in an adequate and quick manner. This process is validated by VBA code.
