Microsoft Excel has a nice feature that shows which files were opened recently. This allows users to quickly open recently used files because it is likely that the file the user is going use is on that list. Frequently users may not wish another user of their machine to see which files they have been working on from the recent file list. This utility will clear the list with a click of a button. JEM Plus also has a nice option in the Options box that automatically deletes the recently used file list upon closing Microsoft Excel. Below is the screen shot of this utility.
