When you open Easy Checkbook, the following toolbar appears

The first button displays the Easy Checkbook main menu, shown below. The flag button colors the entry's row or removes the background color on it. By making it easy to color a row, you can easily "flag" it for attention. The last two buttons, the triangles, allow you move the entries in your spreadsheet up and down. This allows you to get your entries in the exact same order as your bank statements.

Easy Checkbook™ also allows you to put in future entries! Now, you can automatically put in monthly or weekly entries for expected bills and deposits so that you can see what your cash flow will be by month for the rest of the year!

Easy Checkbook™ also lets you record the purpose of a check so that you can see by category where you have spent your money. And there are many more features! The following illustrates the main Easy Checkbook™ main menu
