Insert Project Start Date in Cell B3
Insert Project End Date in Cell B5
Insert Task Names in Cells A10 to A34. If entering fewer than 25 tasks, make sure to delete any task names in the shaded area that you don't want to show up in your GanttChart.
Insert Task Start Dates in Cells B10 to B34 that correspond to the tasks you entered in the previous step.
Insert Task End Dates in Cells C10 to C34 that correspond to the tasks you previously entered.
Insert Names of Responsible Parties in Cells D10 to D34 that correspond to the tasks you previously entered.
Sit back and take a look at your automatically-calculated Gantt Chart!!!!
